The Come in una Favola one-shot appointment has been specifically conceived to meet the high demand for appointments at our Atelier. We desire to offer all future brides and grooms the opportunity to visit our shops, while enjoying our high level of professionalism and dedication. Our 'one-shot' or 'one appointment' policy consists of allowing our customers to make a unique visit to each shop. During this appointment, we offer a free first fitting, with no obligation to purchase and no limit on the number of dresses to try on. During the fitting, all the services and care that one would expect from a normal atelier will be available. This choice has been dictated not only by the need to manage a large number of requests, but also by the fact that the dresses we sell are unique and unrepeatable items, of which there is only one sample. Indeed, should one desist from buying one of these dresses, the chances of finding them again in our Ateliers are very low. Ultimately, we would not want any bride to be disappointed because she cannot find the dress she was considering to buy. But don't despair!
